Our Team :: Niki Morville's Bio

Niki MorvilleNiki Morville stepped away from hosting Skylands Weekly in May of 2007 for the birth of her first child, a daughter named Lola. She returned to serve as co-host of our coverage of the New Jersey State Fair in August, but otherwise continues to be a full-time mom.

She is a proud native of Sussex County, growing up in Stillwater and graduating from Kittatinny High School in 1996. Niki graduated from Lycoming College in 2000 with a degree in Communications, specializing in television broadcasting. At Lycoming she was the president of the Communications Society and hosted her own show called "Late Night with Niki Morville".

Niki started with Mugs Media in August of 2000 hosting Skylands Weekly, inaugurating segments such as In the Kitchen, The Pet Corner, Traffic Tips, and the Health Beat. She left the show in late 2003 but returned as anchor in 2005.

She also has worked as a public relations executive at an event marketing company in Manasquan, and as an account executive for a marketing and public relations firm in Morristown.

In her spare time Niki enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her cat Lucy, and going to the beach. Niki, her husband John, and her new daughter reside in Sussex County.
